Job Description:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of moderately complex projects ensuring consistency with the strategies, initiatives, goals, timelines, and budgetary parameters of the State Road & Tollway Authority (SRTA). Acquires resources and coordinates the efforts of project team members in order to deliver projects according to schedule, scope and budget. Resolves budgetary, technical, and scheduling issues as they arise and escalates issues of concern to management when appropriate. Maintains project status reports and project files. Understands, proposes updates to, and maintains SRTA’s PMO processes and procedures.

The Bilingual Quality Auditor will report to the Quality Assurance & Training Manager under general supervision while ensuring that Customer Service Center agents are providing quality service according to the Authority’s quality program, standards, and goals.
