Under broad supervision of the Director of Customer Experience, responsible for managing the operations of the State Road and Tollway Authority’s (SRTA) Customer Service Call Center, and Chat team (CSC) encompassing its Peach Pass brand. Recommends and drafts policies and procedures for the Call Center; ensures that each functional unit meets the operational requirements set forth in the policies and procedures of the SRTA. Coordinates interaction between business units, Authority, service providers, and/or external customers as appropriate. Supervises a staff of state employees and supporting consultants providing assistance and training as needed. Manages human resources functions as applicable and directs administrative activities.

Job Description:

Under limited supervision of the Director of Toll Operations, the Toll Facilities, Maintenance & Asset Specialist assists in the hands-on field management of the overall maintenance of the State Road & Tollway Authority’s (SRTA) facilities, including asset management of tolling program as well as office equipment, etc. Determines requirements for equipment leases, purchases, and services, and makes recommendations to SRTA management. Provides assistance in the management of planning, developing, and implementing operational support services for SRTA facilities. Assists in the development, negotiation, and oversight of facility maintenance. Initiates and maintains strong vendor relationships. Conducts inventory management (scheduled and unscheduled).

Job Description:

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of moderately complex projects ensuring consistency with the strategies, initiatives, goals, timelines, and budgetary parameters of the State Road & Tollway Authority (SRTA). Acquires resources and coordinates the efforts of project team members in order to deliver projects according to schedule, scope and budget. Resolves budgetary, technical, and scheduling issues as they arise and escalates issues of concern to management when appropriate. Maintains project status reports and project files. Understands, proposes updates to, and maintains SRTA’s PMO processes and procedures.
