The Quality Analyst works within the Quality Improvement Group of the Office of Transportation Performance & Innovation (TPI). The TPI mission is to enable evidence-based and customer-focused enhancements to the statewide and Atlanta-region mobility networks. This mission is accomplished by providing thoughtful and systematic research, analysis, reporting, and program development services. Under the supervision of the Quality Improvement Manager, the Quality Analyst regularly reviews data supporting the various programs of the State Mobility Authorities (SRTA, GRTA, ATL); develops tools, processes, and standards to evaluate and ensure data accuracy and completeness; develops and reviews interactive dashboard tools and static reports based on these data; and ensures that TPI products are released according to defined quality standards.
