Job Description:

The Budget Administrator coordinates and organizes budget activities for the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA). This role develops and supervises the preparation, maintenance, and management of the Authority’s budgets (e.g., annual operating budgets, capital, multi-year and program budgets). This role also manages day-to-day budget inquiries as the expert on budget availability for new and recurring contracts, agreements, and purchase orders undertaken by the Authority. This role’s main purpose is to facilitate the annual budget development process and to strategically manage the budget throughout the fiscal year by navigating the encumbrance and budget management process. Supervises budget staff. Reports to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

Under the direction of the Quality Assurance and Training Manager, the Toll Operations Auditor serves as an internal auditor for the Mobility Operations division. This position evaluates and ensures compliance for tolling policies, standard operating procedures, and internal controls. Job Description:

Under the direction of the Toll Operations Center Manager, monitors and takes action on traffic incidents, traffic flow, and speeds in the managed lanes. Supervises support personnel in the Toll Operations Center (TOC). Recommends and suspends tolls based on SRTA- defined policies and procedures to set a course of action as necessary, including making judgment calls when making recommendations on traffic incidents and traffic flow in the managed lane system corridors and surrounding vicinities. Reviews and analyzes reports for trends and analyzes program pricing strategies using dynamic tolling algorithms. In addition, the TOC Supervisor also reports in an accurate and timely manner tolling network/equipment or back-office issues to parties and provides troubleshooting support. Collaborates with HERO Units, the Georgia Department of Transportation, Traffic Management Center, SRTA Customer Service Center, Facilities & Maintenance Management, and Tolling System Integrator, among others, to ensure continuous communication and coordination.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of moderately complex projects ensuring consistency with the strategies, initiatives, goals, timelines, and budgetary parameters of the State Road & Tollway Authority (SRTA). The Development of Regional Impact (DRI) program was initially established by the Georgia Planning Act in 1989 to improve communication between governments in which large-scale developments impact. With the establishment of Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA) in 1999, the state began to review and approve DRIs within GRTA’s 13-county metro Atlanta jurisdiction through the scope of land use and transportation specific impacts as required by Georgia law (OCGA 50-32-14).
