It is the intent of SRTA and Gwinnett County (“County”; collectively, “Owners”) that responses to this Request for Information (RFI) will inform and aid the Owners in finalizing preparations for a subsequent formal Request for Proposals (“RFP”) procurement process to select and retain a contractor to operate, maintain and administer all services for the Gwinnett County Transit (“GCT”) System/Xpress Services. Important Restriction of Communication– Interested potential respondents are not allowed to communicate with any SRTA or County staff or Board/Commission Members regarding this solicitation, except as directed in the RFI.

The procurement will be for toll integration services for the existing toll facilities located on I-75 and I-85 and other toll facilities that SRTA may operate in the future.
